There is a saying "Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle." It is true of every one of us. Life is not easy sometimes, we understand that.

You are here because you realize that something is just not right. The pain and the problems that brought you here do not need to keep you stuck!

Perhaps you have that feeling that you need to take a deeper look at some aspect of your life. Things can be better if you take the step to deal with it and make a change. It can be a scary proposition to go in to counseling, we have been there. Rest assured that our conversations are confidential, that is a big part of what makes this work. We promise to never talk to others about what you and your therapist discuss (with a couple legal exceptions). Some feel embarassed to talk to someone, but you've tried the solutions you thought would help and it just hasn't worked well has it? 

Now, if you want someone to just nod their head and agree with everything you say, we are not for you. We definitely want you to feel safe and accepted because you are at Restoring Hope, no matter what the issue.
